From The M5 motorway take the Junction towards the A30 Okehampton, Bodmin to Cornwall

1. Exit the roundabout onto the M5 ramp to Plymouth/Okehampton/Torquay
2. Merge onto M5
3. At junction 31, exit onto A30 toward Bodmin/Okehampton
4. Take the A388/B3254 exit toward Launceston/Bude/Callington/A30/Liskeard/A390
5. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Pennygillam Way

From Plymouth A38.

1. Head northwest on A38
2. Turn left at Tamar Bridge Roundabout/A38
3. Slight left at Tamar Bridge/A38 (signs for Saltash) Continue to follow A38 Partial toll road
4. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A388 heading to Callington/Carkeel/St Mellion/Saltash.
5. Go through 5 roundabouts
6. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A30 ramp to Bodmin/Bude
7. Merge onto A30
8. Take the A388/B3254 exit toward Launceston/Bude/Callington/A30/Liskeard/A390
9. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Pennygillam Way

From Cornwall A30

1. From Cornwall A30
2. Exit onto A388 toward Launceston/Holsworthy/Bude/B3254
3. Sharp right at Western Rd/A388
4. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Pennygillam Way
